Use
General Computer Group Properties
to modify the description and members of a computer group in the FactoryTalk
network directory. The name of a computer group account cannot be changed. Computer and computer group accounts are not linked to Windows
. Setting | Description |

Description | (optional) The description of the group account. (Example: Administration workstations for network operations, for maintenance contact maintenance@yourcompany.com ). |
Member of list | This list contains the computer accounts that are members of this computer group. This list can contain computer accounts that do not yet exist on the Windows network. When those computers are added to the network, they automatically inherit the group's security settings. |
Remove | Removes the computer account selected in Members from this computer group account. |
