Remove a computer from a group

To stop managing the security settings of a computer through a computer group account, remove the computer from the group.
Prerequisites
Removing a computer from a group account requires these permissions:
  • Common > Create Children
  • Common > List Children
  • Common > Read
To remove a computer from a group
  1. In
    FactoryTalk Administration Console
    Explorer
    , expand
    System
    >
    Computer Groups
    , right-click the computer group, and then select
    Properties
    .
  2. In
    General Computer Group Properties
    , in the
    Members
    list, select the computer, and then select
    Remove
    .
  3. Select
    OK
    .
