O que esta aplicação faz?

Esta é uma aplicação simplificada para a simulação do comportamento de uma variável de processo que pode ser conectada a um controlador PID. A aplicação inclui arquivos executáveis para realizar essa simulação no Connected Components Workbench (CCW) para controladores Micro800.

Company agrees that its obligation of confidentiality under this paragraph shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement. 4. Company agrees that Products provided under this Agreement are prototypes and examples and its application and results may vary depending on each customer and project conditions. Rockwell Automation do not warranty the same results. This Agreement shall in no way be construed as a commitment by Rockwell Automation at any time to manufacture and/or offer Products for sale. There is no explicit or implicit service level agreement associated with using the Products. Rockwell Automation does not warrant that the functions contained in the Products will meet Company’s requirements. Company agrees to use all Products only in accordance with the instructions and only for the intended usages identified in the documentation. 5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". Passo 2
 

Insira o seguinte código em linguagem Ladder.

Como este filtro de primeira ordem opera em função do tempo, o temporizador TON será utilizado para fornecer o trigger necessário para a execução dos cálculos da função.

Para este exemplo, recomenda-se utilizar um valor de 10 ms, porém esse valor pode ser ajustado de acordo com a dinâmica do processo que se deseja simular.

Passo 3
 

Os demais blocos executam as operações aritméticas necessárias para atender à equação do filtro. Nesse contexto, a variável “X” representa a variável de entrada e a variável “Y” representa a variável de saída (ambas definidas como tags do tipo Real).

Para este exemplo, considerando um tempo de execução de 10 ms, recomenda-se utilizar um ganho Kf = 0,993. No entanto, esse valor pode ser ajustado de acordo com as características do processo que se deseja simular.

Adicione uma função PID. Configure a tag “Y” como entrada do PID (PV) e a tag “X” como saída do PID (CV).

Ajuste os parâmetros e ganhos de acordo com o processo que se deseja simular.

Para obter uma resposta como a mostrada na imagem a seguir, recomenda-se utilizar os seguintes ganhos:

Conclusão
 

Com esta parametrização, obtém-se o comportamento de um sistema subamortecido, com sobre-sinal de aproximadamente 20% e estabilização em três semiciclos. No entanto, os parâmetros podem ser ajustados para obter qualquer comportamento desejado, de acordo com o processo que se deseja simular.
