When a product issue arises, My Repairs section will help you to request a quote for a repair and to track the order status.

You can add Rockwell Automation and third party products to your request for quote, as well as include multiple products and photos. Once your request is submitted, your distributor will be notified to quote your request.

A repair order will be created for approved quotes. Under My Orders you will find all your repairs orders.

How can I download a repair quote?

You can download a repair quote as a PDF once request is submitted.

Access the submitted repair quote you would like to download, and select Download in the top right-hand corner.

Create a New Repair Quote

Get started on how to create a repair quote request. There are multiple ways to create a repair quote: from My Quotes, from Manage or from a product in search results.

Create a Repair Quote from My Quotes

Select My Repairs in the menu. Once in the My Quotes tab click Create New, located in the upper right hand corner.

Create a Repair Quote from Manage

A shortcut to create a repair quote is clicking on Manage and then Create Quote in the My Repairs card.

If you are in the homepage, you can access this card by clicking on the Manage tab. If you are not on the home page, you will find this option in the navigation bar (this does not apply for mobile devices).

Add Products to a Repair Quote

You can add products to a repair quote from a draft repair quote page or from a product in the search results page.

Add Products from a Draft Repair Quote

There are two types of products you can add from your draft repair quote: (1) Rockwell Automation or Allen Bradley products and (2) manual products.

To add Rockwell Automation or Allen Bradley products:

  1. Go the repair quote draft you want to add the product to or create a new one
  2. Click Search to Add Product on the bottom of the page
  3. Search for the product you want to add
  4. In the product tile click Add to Repair Quote

To add manual products:

  1. Go the repair quote draft you want to add the product to or create a new one
  2. Click Manually Add Product on the bottom of the page
  3. Enter the information or product notes
  4. Click Add Product

Note: Manual products can only be added from the specific repair quote you want to add the product to.

Add Products from Search Results

You can also add products directly to an existing quote or create a new quote request directly from a search results page in the product title.

  1. Search for the product you want
  2. Click Add to Repair Quote
  3. Select an existing Repair Quote or create a new one
  4. Click Add

What is a manual product?

Manual products are any but Rockwell Automation or Allen Bradley branded products. You can include manual items such as partner products to your repair quotes, or add notes to the distributor regarding a product you would like them to look up on your behalf.
