ME alarm log files
During runtime, the following .alm files are generated from an ME application with alarms:
- embedded.alm
- history.alm
- reset.alm
- status.alm
Of these files, FactoryTalk View File Viewer only supports history.alm. The file is the main data table for alarm information. Other .alm files contain the additional information. After you open history.alm, if any information is needed from other files, such as embedded variables, the utility automatically opens the required files.
