Make the grid visible

To make the grid in a display visible
  • Select Show Grid from the
    View
     menu,
    or
    Select the
    Show Grid
    check box in the
    Grid Settings
    dialog box.
To hide the grid
  • Deselect
    Show Grid
     on the
    View
    menu,
    or
    Clear the
    Show Grid
    check box in the
    Grid Settings
     dialog box.
To activate the grid so that objects in the graphic are aligned to it
  • Check
    Snap to Grid
     in the
    Grid Settings
     dialog box,
    or
    Select
    Snap On
     from the
    View
    menu.
