Activate scheduled searches

Activate scheduled searches so that they run at their next scheduled run time.
Prerequisites
  • To run a search, you must be granted the
    View a Search
     and
    Execute
    permissions.
  • To activate and deactivate scheduled searches, you must be granted the
    Command a schedule
    permission.
To activate scheduled searches
  1. Select
    View > Searches
    , or click the
    Searches
     button.
  2. Next to the searches you want to activate, select the
    Active
     checkbox. If the selected search is scheduled to run daily at 4:00 P.M., the search will run next at 4:00 P.M. today (or 4:00 P.M. tomorrow if it is later than 4:00 P.M. today).
