Specify the version of the Configuration Data file

You can use the
Filename Archive Entry
 dialog box to select the version for use as a master.
To specify the version
  1. Select one of the following to show a list of versions:
    • Filter by label
      . Lists only labeled versions of the file. If no versions have been labeled, the list is empty.
    • Filter by version
      . Lists all versions of the file.
    • Latest version
      . Rather than filter the list, this option sets the schedule to use the most recent version. This is different than selecting the most recent version from the list using the
      Filter by version
       option. For example, suppose you had previously selected to use version 3 of the file as the master. Later you decide that, as new versions of the file are created, you want to use the most recent version. You cannot simply select the highest version number using
      Filter by version
       because you would have to change it each time a new version of the file is created. Instead, select this
      Latest version
       option.
  2. In the list of versions, select the one you want to use and click
    OK
    .
