Step 1: Select Version

Use this first page of the Backup to Config Data Wizard to specify a version of the Backup Data binder to copy to Configuration Data. This function only applies to devices that use both Backup Data and Configuration Data binders.
To specify the version of the Backup Data binder that you want to use
  1. The dialog box shows a list of versions of the Backup Data Binder. Select one of the following to narrow down the list of versions:
    • Filter by label
      : Shows only labeled versions. If no versions have been labeled, the list is empty. (If you have more than one label and do not select a label in step 2, the wizard uses the most recent version.)
    • Filter by version
      : Shows all versions.
    • Latest version
      : Uses the most recent version.
      Rather than filter the list, this option sets the schedule to always use the most recent version of the binder. This is different than selecting the most recent version from the list using the
      Filter by version
       option. For example, suppose you had previously selected to use version 3 of the binder. Later you decide that, as new versions of the binder are created, you always want to use the most recent version. You cannot simply select the highest version number using
      Filter by version
       because you would have to change it each time a new version of the file is created. Instead, select the
      Latest version
       option.
  2. Click the version you want to copy and click
    Next
    . The software gets the backup files from Archive and then shows step 2 of the wizard.
