Specify addressing information for Allen-Bradley Logix 5000 controller

You must be connected to the control network to specify addressing information for the device.
To specify the addressing information
  1. Click anywhere in the Addressing Info field and then click browse_button_small. Use the
    Selecting Device for Asset Type
     dialog box to browse the network for the Allen-Bradley Logix 5000 controller that you want to add. When you have found the desired controller, select it and click
    Select
    .
    TIP:
    When adding an Allen-Bradley Logix 5000 controller, the system must determine if the controller firmware revision supports the Change Detect disaster recovery schedule type. The timeout to perform this evaluation is 20 seconds. If you select a device that does not support Change Detect, you must wait 20 seconds before you can select a different device.
  2. Complete the remaining fields.
