Settings on the Assets Lifecycle tab

The following table lists the settings on the Assets Lifecycle tab and their meanings.

Description
Sync
Synchronizes the lifecycle information in the AssetCentre server with the Rockwell Automation lifecycle website.
Refresh
Refreshes the lifecycle information in the AssetCentre client with the AssetCentre server.
Export
Exports the lifecycle information to a CSV file.
Expand All
Shows all the assets from the asset tree. Parent nodes are kept to show the hierarchy.
Collapse All
Shows only top-level nodes from the assets tree.
Help
Opens on the online help.
Show lifecycle status on asset
Displays lifecycle status of each asset.
Name
Filters the asset list with the entered device name.
Device Lifecycle
Filters the asset list with the selected device lifecycle status.
Discontinued After
Sets the date after which the new products are no longer manufactured or procured. Repair or exchange services may be available.
  • If it is set as a past date, the search results will contain the products no longer manufactured or procured prior to the date.
  • If it is set as a future date, the search results will contain the products no longer manufactured or procured between today (a relative date when the filter schedule is executed) and the future date.
Catalog
Filters the asset list with the entered device catalog.
Revision
Filters the asset list with the entered firmware revision.
Program Name
Filters the asset list with the entered program name.
Firmware version
Filters the asset list with the selected firmware version status.
Rockwell Automation assets with Product Notice
Filters the assets list with Product Notice.
Rockwell Automation assets with Product Safety Advisory
Filters the assets list with Product Safety Advisory.
Rockwell Automation assets with Product Notice or Product Safety Advisory
Filters the assets list with Product Notice, Product Safety Advisory, or both Product Notice and Product Safety Advisory.
Limit results to 'In Device' firmware version
Only filters the assets whose
In Device
status matches the firmware version status you selected for
Firmware version
.
Asset tab
Shows the assets of the asset tree.
Asset Inventory tab
Shows the assets as scanned by Asset Inventory after opening the RAAI file.
This tab is blank by default.
Total Assets or Total Devices
Shows the total amount of assets in the list including the parent node and root node, or the filtered out assets excluding the parent node or the root node. The controller I/O modules are not counted toward the total amount.
