Items in Set Working Folders dialog box

The working folder where all files in an asset are stored locally when you check out or get them. The system working folder applies to all users. If you get or check out a file or binder for which another user has set the system working folder, that working folder path will be created on your own computer.

The working folder that overrides the system working folder. When you set a personal working folder in Archive, that folder remains your personal working folder for files and binders that you get and check out. Other users will use the system working folder unless they set their own personal working folders.
