Reason for adding a client computer

You would add a client computer whenever you find the need to perform FactoryTalk AssetCentre functions from a new computer. These functions include viewing and searching data, creating and editing schedules, and checking files in and out of version control. (Adding a client computer could entail making an existing computer a client and adding an actual new computer.)
