Use a command to start the extraction

Use FactoryTalk AssetCentre Event Log Attachment Extractor to extract event log attachments with a command without interacting with the software interface.
IMPORTANT:
Command-line parameters are case-insensitive. However, if a specified value includes a space, be sure to enclose the value in quotation marks (for example, "value with spaces").
Prerequisites
To extract event log attachments with a command
  1. Open the Windows
    Command Prompt
     window.
  2. Enter the full path of
    RA.FTAC.EventLogAttachmentExtractor.exe
     and the
    /S
     command. This command will start the extraction.
    For example,
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\AssetCentre Tools\AssetCentre Event Log Attachment Extractor"\RA.FTAC.EventLogAttachmentExtractor.exe /S
  3. Press
    Enter
    .
    The event log attachments and the operation report file are saved at the specified output location.
