Column headings on the Source & Display tab
The following table shows the column headings on the
Source & Display
tab and
their meanings.Column Headings | Description |
|---|---|
Column Name | Shows each field of data in the selected data source. Drag to set their order in the search
results report. The rows shown under the column name vary depending on the data
source that you are searching. For example, to sort the result by
user name followed by logged time, place User Name as the
first row and Logged Time as the second row. |
Show | Shows the data source's selected data
fields in the search results. In the Show column, select the
checkbox for each field of data to show in the search results. |
Sort | Selects the shown data fields to sort the
search results. In the Sort column, select the cell to set
the desired sort order, including ascending, descending, or no
sorting. Columns are sorted in the order in which they are shown.
|
Width (%) | Specifies the column width of data fields
in percentage in the search results. In the Width (%) column,
select the cell to enter an integer as the percentage of width for a
column. The total of each column's width
percentage can be equal to or less than 100 percent, but cannot
exceed 100 percent. When the total of width percentage is less than
100 percent, all the columns except for the last one will keep their
width percentage. The last column will expand its width by the
percentage that is missing from 100 percent against the total of the
rest column widths. For example, there are a total of four
columns, each of whose column width is 10 percent. In the search
results, the first three columns take the space of 10 percent of the
entire row, while the last column will take the space of 70 percent
of the entire row, even though it's specified as 10 percent. |
