Differences between desktop client and web client
The following table shows the functional differences that a user will experience when using the FactoryTalk AssetCentre desktop client and the web client. The Archive is the most affected capability. The differences are a result of the operating system security rules, which require a browser to operate within a "sandbox" to protect the integrity of the system.
