Load a trend template from a button using the invoke command
If you are setting up only one, or two buttons on a display, use the invoke command option.
TIP:
If loading a template created in version 6.1 or earlier, the Model information (
FactoryTalk Historian SE
server name) on the Pens
tab of the Trend Properties
dialog box will be blank. Running the trend after the older template is loaded does one or more of the following:- If theFactoryTalk Historian SEserver name does not exist, but there areFactoryTalk Historian SEservers configured inFactoryTalk Directory, the assumption is that the data is from the firstFactoryTalk Historian SEserver configured and the trend will read the data from that server.
- If theFactoryTalk Historian SEserver name does not exist, and there are noFactoryTalk Historian SEservers configured inFactoryTalk Directory, the trend will not read data from any otherFactoryTalk Historianservers.
