Back up graphic displays before an import

When you select the import operation in the
Operation Type
 dialog box in the
Graphics Import Export Wizard
, the
Backup
dialog box is opened. Here you decide whether or not to make backup copies of the files that will be overwritten when the selected files are imported.
To back up the graphic display before an import:
  • In the
    Backup
     dialog box, select
    Yes
     and click
    Next
    . The dialog box that opens lets you specify a location for the backed up files.
    TIP:
    Select
    No
    to overwrite the files in the application where the files are being imported.
