Allow unsigned CAB files to download without prompts

For clients to download ActiveX controls automatically when the display containing them is opened, you must set up the Internet Explorer options so that both unsigned and signed CAB files can be downloaded without prompt dialog boxes appearing each time.
To allow unsigned CAB files to download from the local intranet without prompts:
  1. In
    Internet Explorer
    , click
    Tools
     >
    Internet options
    .
  2. In the
    Security
     tab click
    Local intranet
     for the zone.
  3. Click
    Custom Level
     to set the security level for the zone.
  4. In the
    Security Settings
     dialog box set
    Download unsigned ActiveX controls
     to
    Enable
    .
  5. Click
    OK
     in the
    Security Settings
     and
    Internet Options
     dialog boxes.
