Delete multiple components

When you delete a component, it is removed from the Explorer window and deleted from the computer.
TIP:
HMI project components such as graphic displays, event files, and macro files, can be removed from the Explorer window, but the file will still exist on the hard drive. Use the
Remove
option to do this.
To delete multiple components:
  1. In the
    FactoryTalk View
     Explorer window, right-click the editor's icon and select
    Delete
    .
    TIP:
    Alternatively, hold down Ctrl while selecting the components and press Delete.
  2. In the component selection dialog box, select the components to be deleted and click
    OK
    .
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click
    Yes
    .
