Set up rotation for an object

Use he Rotation option on the Animation menu to make an object rotate around an anchor point. The amount of rotation is based on a tag value or the result of a logical expression, with the angle of rotation of the object being proportional to the value of the expression. For example, if the value of the expression is halfway between its minimum and maximum values, the rotation of the object will be halfway between its minimum and maximum angles.
TIP:
Use
Rotate
from the
Objects
menu in conjunction with Object Smart Path to define the path of rotation for an object.
If a group object and the objects within a group object have rotation animation set up, animation results for the individual objects and the group are combined. Be sure to test group animation to ensure that it produces the effect you intend.
Rotation animation works only when it is applied to drawing objects. The exceptions are the
Text
,
Image
,
Panel
, and
Rounded Rectangle
objects.
