Redundant Chassis Pair

A redundant chassis pair ensures continuous operation and fault tolerance. This configuration consists of two chassis—one designated as the primary and the other as the secondary—that communicate seamlessly to maintain system redundancy. These chassis connect to other essential system elements, such as remote I/O chassis and human machine interfaces (HMIs). To implement redundancy, several requirements must be met across different system components.
