Configuring material properties

Properties

tab contains a list of custom attributes that are associated with the material. This data is optional information and is not required. Custom attributes always have indexes starting at 1000. Since a material could be composed of numerous property elements, you can add numerous property records. Additionally, it allows you to edit existing properties and delete properties from the list.

For materials that might have the same custom properties, you can duplicate properties with the same Controller ID to multiple containers. For example, if two materials have a pH_Factor property, you can assign the property to both materials using the same Controller ID.
