Remote Desktop Services users cannot access parts of the system

Possible cause and solution:
  • If single sign-on is enabled and users are having trouble accessing parts of the system through Remote Desktop Services, this might be because the user's computer name is saved as part of the single sign-on user's credentials.
    To correct this problem, either:
    • Disable single sign-on if users will be connecting through Remote Desktop Services using the name of the Remote Desktop Services server computer (this is determined by the security policy
