The right FactoryTalk Directory is not configured on this computer

The correct
FactoryTalk
 Directory may not be installed on your computer, or the administrator account that allows access to that directory may be disabled if the following occurs:
  • Attempting to log on to a
    FactoryTalk
     Local Directory or
    FactoryTalk
     Network Directory but are not allowed access.
  • Installing a
    FactoryTalk
     product and experiencing unexpected error messages when running the product.
To correct this problem, go to
Rockwell Software > FactoryTalk Tools
and run
FactoryTalk Directory Configuration Wizard
.
