Debug NetLogic locally with Visual Studio Code

Debug a local project with design-time and runtime NetLogics by using
Visual Studio Code®
.
Prerequisites
  1. To debug NetLogic locally with Visual Studio Code
  2. From the main toolbar, select
    Open .NET Solution
    .
    Visual Studio Code
     opens.
  3. Either:
    • Debug a runtime NetLogic. Run the
      FactoryTalk Optix Application
       and then in
      Visual Studio Code
      , select
      Attach to FTOptixRuntime (NetSolution)
      . See Deploy a FactoryTalk Optix Application.
    • Debug a design time NetLogic. In
      Visual Studio Code
      ,
      Attach to FTOptixStudio (NetSolution)
       and then execute the design time NetLogic. See Run a NetLogic at design time.
  4. Stop the debugging process, edit the code, and repeat the procedure.
