Create a scale

Use the scale object to draw a line with tick marks on it.
The scale can be used as a ruler or measuring guide. For example, you can place the scale next to a bar graph, with text labels at the top and bottom, to illustrate the range of the bar graph.
To draw a scale:
  1. In
    FactoryTalk View Studio
    , in the
    Graphics
     editor, select
    Objects
     >
    Gauge and Graph
     >
    Scale
    , or click the scale icon in the toolbox.
  2. Press the mouse button and drag the mouse diagonally to draw the scale.
  3. When the scale is the intended size, release the button.
  4. In the
    Scale Properties
     dialog box, specify how you want the scale to look.
