Tasks

A task defines the triggers used to initiate operations defined in actions. All actions will be run when any trigger in this list is triggered. A workstation can have a maximum of 100 tasks.
Select
Tasks
in the project view on the left, and then select Add button or
Create Task
to create a task.
Select Delete button to delete a task.
The following table describes the settings of the task and their meanings.
Setting
Description
Name
Shows the name of the task.
Description
Shows the description of the task.
Run
Runs the actions in the task. The purpose of running this task is to check how the actions are performed.
Priority
Indicates the order the task will run. The tasks that have the same priority will run based on their position in the task list.
Enable
Enables or disables this task.
Triggers used to start the actions
Add
Adds triggers from the trigger list. You can also drag triggers from the trigger list.
Delete
Deletes the selected triggers.
Tip:
  • Use the checkbox in the left-most column of each row to select or unselect one or more devices.
  • Use the checkbox in the top row of the table to select or unselect all items in the table.
Triggers
Shows the triggers that are used to start actions.
Description
Shows the description of the trigger.
Enable
Enables or disables this trigger.
Actions to be started by the triggers
Add
Adds actions from the action list. You can also drag actions from the action list.
Delete
Deletes the selected actions.
Tip:
  • Use the checkbox in the left-most column of each row to select or unselect one or more devices.
  • Use the checkbox in the top row of the table to select or unselect all items in the table.
Actions
Shows the actions to be started by the triggers.
Description
Shows the description of the action.

Enables or disables this action.
