Axis Fault Reporting

The axis sets the I.Axisxx.Fault tag when it detects a fault.
The following faults are latched:
  • Short Circuit
  • Critical Temperature
  • Motor Torque Off
  • Field Power Loss
  • Brake Faulted
To clear a latched fault, do the following:
  1. Remove the cause of the fault.
  2. Trigger a rising edge on O.Axisxx.ResetFault to clear I.Axisxx.Fault and the corresponding fault bit.
  3. When a Short Circuit, Critical Temperature, Motor Torque Off, or Field Power Loss fault occurs, the axis is disabled. You must trigger a rising edge on O.Axisxx.Enable to re-enable the axis.
