The Call for Speakers for the 2026 Automation Fair® event has officially closed as of April 30, 2026. Thanks to all who submitted abstracts. While the submission window has ended, we invite you to mark your calendar for Automation Fair 2026 in Boston, USA, from November 16-19.

Process & Timeline

If you submitted an abstract, you will be notified regarding the status of your submission in early June. Selected speakers will have an opportunity for a final review of information (title, abstract, speaker details, etc.) before sessions are finalized and built into the schedule.

Key Dates

March 17 – Call for Speakers opens
April 30 – Call for Speakers closes
Early June – Selected speakers notified; Final chance to review/edit submission
June 16 – PartnerNetwork only: If selected, your company must also be signed up as an exhibitor or sponsor by June 16 to maintain your status as a selected speaker
August – Session catalog opens in conjunction with event registration
October – Presentations due to Rockwell Automation for content review
