Call for Speakers

Customer/peer stories are among the most requested by attendees each year. We are delighted to invite our end users to show off your great work and share your latest applications, best practices and Rockwell solution success stories.

• Customer stories may be selected to be shared in a variety of ways – as a stand-alone 50-minute Customer Voices session, as part of a panel or breakout discussion, on stage for a brief presentation, or otherwise as invited to participate across the event. 
• Please submit a brief overview of your challenges, the decision to work with Rockwell Automation, solutions implemented, and results achieved in the abstract. You may exceed the 500-character limit to relay this information effectively.

You must be able to commit to participating in June, gain approval from your organization to present and will be required to sign a Speaker Authorization form if accepted. Submit your abstract by April 30, 2026, to be considered.

Partners who intend to participate as Exhibitors or Sponsors at Automation Fair 2026 will be considered to showcase their thought leadership, industry perspectives, innovations and customer successes as part of our 4-day session catalog. Don’t miss this chance to drive booth traffic and expand your presence at the event.

• Partner Solution Sessions are 50 minutes, including time for Q&A, and generally run twice during the 4-day event. Due to session length and format, partner sessions have a two speaker limit.
• The content must be solution oriented and NOT promotional. Deep dives into technical topics or major trends are also encouraged.
• Consider inviting a customer to co-present and share their experience as it relates to your topic. If doing so, please be sure to list your customer as the second speaker in your submission. Note: The same exhibitor/sponsor requirement applies to co-presented sessions.
• Space is limited and not all submissions will be accepted. Submit your strongest abstract and consider opportunities to co-present with Rockwell or other Rockwell partners and submit a joint abstract, listing both companies as speakers.

Only exhibiting or sponsoring partners will be considered.

We understand that you may need more time to finalize your exhibitor or sponsorship plans before the speaker submission deadline of April 30, 2026. If you are unsure if your organization will participate as an exhibitor or sponsor, please submit your abstract now. Selected session notifications will go out in early June, and you will have until June 16 to complete your exhibit or sponsorship contract to retain your session at Automation Fair 2026.

Distributors are invited to submit abstracts for consideration. You may participate in two ways:

• Reach out to your customers with the most unique, inspiring, results achieved stories and invite them to submit an abstract for consideration.
• Consider co-presenting with a customer to jointly share an application or project story, discussing the initial challenge through the implemented solutions and describing the results.
  • To do this, please submit your abstract as a PartnerNetwork Company. You must gain customer approval in writing by the April 30, 2026 submission deadline, stating that their company name can be used and that they will co-present with you at the event. Please list the customer as the second speaker in your submission.
