L'exemple de fichier XML suivant montre un affichage graphique

 contenant quelques objets, dont un objet texte, un objet d'affichage numérique, un objet Entrée numérique activée et un groupe contenant deux rectangles, dont un animé. Ce fichier n'affiche pas toutes les propriétés possibles de ces objets. Les objets ou propriétés qui ne sont pas répertoriés ne seront pas modifiés lors de l'importation du fichier.
Vous pouvez spécifier plusieurs attributs pour un élément et disposez de plusieurs éléments.
