Rockwell has been recognized by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies. This is the 17th time Rockwell has been included on this prestigious list.
Gold Vets Ready Gold Medallion 2025
Rockwell was among 14 employers statewide to be recognized as a Vets Ready Employer for 2025 by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and its Office of Veteran Employment Services (OVES). Newsweek partnered with market research firm Statista to identify America's Most Trustworthy Companies 2025. Rockwell is ranked number 26 out of 700 companies in 23 industries ranging from aerospace and health care to retail and consumer goods. Rankings were determined through an independent survey of 25,000 U.S. respondents, resulting in over 100,000 evaluations that reflected the perspectives of consumers, employees, and investors.
America’s Climate Leaders 2025
USA Today and Statista partnered to highlight companies that are setting a meaningful standard for emissions reduction in the U.S. Rockwell’s inclusion reflects commitment to sustainability, backed by measurable progress—not just intent. Analysis calculated the compound annual reduction rate (CARR) of Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions intensity relative to revenue, covering the period from 2021 to 2023. Companies with over $50 million in revenue who demonstrated significant, sustained reductions earned a place on this year’s list.
Sustainability Top 250
Rockwell has been ranked 72 in Sustainability Magazine's Top 250 Companies. This annual ranking highlights the corporations setting the benchmark for sustainable growth, innovation, and responsibility across industries. This year’s list celebrates 250 companies that are demonstrating measurable impact in areas including decarbonization, renewable energy adoption, ethical supply chains, circular economy initiatives, and inclusive workplace practices.
World’s Greenest Companies
Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights and GIST Impact to spotlight businesses worldwide who are determined to mitigate their climate impact. World’s Greenest Companies 2025 recognizes publicly listed companies across 26 countries for their environmental sustainability performance. Over 8,000 companies were evaluated, and 750 were selected for inclusion based on their environmental sustainability performance.
America's Best Large Employers 2025
Now in its 10th year, the America’s Best Employers ranking from Forbes celebrates companies that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to fostering environments where employees can thrive. The ranking is based on the independent survey responses of over 217,000 U.S. employees working at companies with a national workforce of at least 1,000 people. The survey evaluated employees’ personal and public assessments on key dimensions, including Atmosphere & Development, Salary & Wage, Company Image, Diversity, Working Conditions, and Workplace Environment.
Forbes 2024 Best Employer for New Grads
Rockwell is proud to have been named a Forbes Best Employer for New Grads in 2025. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista and surveyed more than 100,000 young professionals (defined as those with less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. Respondents were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others, and to rate that organization in such areas as compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, working conditions, flexibility, and company image.
