Use the

Navigation menu

to browse the contents of the application and open screens. The

Navigation menu

on the HMI device displays the contents of the project in

Studio 5000

View Designer

. The

Navigation menu

appears at the bottom or left side of the HMI device screen. To access the

Navigation menu

Select
Navigation
in the
System Banner
Push the button on the HMI device.
Press
Alt+N
on an external keyboard.

The menu items in the

Navigation menu

depend on the security access granted to the security role assigned to the logged on user. Security is set in

Studio 5000

View Designer

. For the Operator role, the

Navigation menu

displays only the items to which the Operator has access. Guest is the default user. When not logged in, only the items to which the Guest role has access appear in the

Navigation menu
