Open the defining screen of a shortcut

Open the screen linked to a shortcut. From this defining screen, make changes to depict in the shortcuts of the defining screen.
To open the defining screen of a shortcut
  1. In the
    Project Explorer
    , expand the
    Navigation Menu
     folder.
  2. Point to the shortcut in the folder to identify the defining screen of a shortcut. The name of the screen linked to the shortcut appears in a tooltip.
  3. Right-click the shortcut and select
    Edit Definition
    . The screen on which the shortcut is based opens.
    TIP:
    Tips:
    • When a shortcut is open, select the link at the top of the shortcut to open the defining screen of the shortcut.
    • When both the defining screen and a shortcut of that defining screen are open, changes made to the defining screen do not appear in the shortcut until selecting the shortcut.
