Copy the definition of an Add-On Graphic within a project

Copy the definition of an Add-On Graphic to reuse the Add-On Graphic within the same project. The properties and behavior of the Add-On Graphic are copied. Copying the definition of an Add-On Graphic allows for the creation of additional versions of the Add-On Graphic. Change the property values and behavior of the copied definition.
Add-On Graphics must have unique names. When copying the definition of an Add-On Graphic within a project, an increment number is appended to the name of the copied definition. The content of the Add-On Graphic is handled in the same manner.
To copy the definition of an Add-On Graphic within a project
  1. In the open project in the
    Project Explorer,
    expand the
    Assets
    folder.
  2. Expand the
    Add-On Graphics
    folder.
  3. Right-click the Add-On Graphic and select
    Copy
    .
  4. Right-click the
    Add-On Graphics
    folder in the
    Project Explorer
    and then select
    Paste
    .
    TIP:
    Tips:
    • Pasting the definition of an Add-On Graphic that has a name that already exists increments the name of the copied definition with _001 or increment number.
    • Copying the definition of an Add-On Graphic that contains an image increments the name of the Add-On Graphic but does not create a new image.
  5. Change the properties and behavior of the copied Add-On Graphic to create a new version of the Add-On Graphic.
