Example: Graphic element events trigger through an overlay element without events

A graphic element with a touch event may lie underneath an overlay element. If the overlay element does not have an event, pressing the portion of the element under the overlay triggers the event of the graphic element.

In this example, there is an event associated with Button A. However, there is no event associated for the rectangle overlay lying on top of a portion of Button A.
