, but only one connection can be made at a time.

Normal Operation

When a client web browser connects to a published web application, the

FactoryTalk ViewPoint

server loans its license to the web browser. The license allows the web browser to view the application in up to three browser windows or tabs. If a second browser attempts to connect to the

FactoryTalk ViewPoint

server, the "No licenses available" error message is shown.

The license is released immediately upon signing out from the web application, or within 30 seconds of disconnecting a web browser from the server.
