Session expired
If a web browser has been inactive for a period of time, a message shows stating that the session has expired. Press
F5
to refresh the page.What you will see after refresh depends on the web application security settings and whether or not a license is available.
If the application does not have security enabled:
- If there are any client licenses available, the web browser refreshes the display you were viewing.
- If there were not any client licenses available, the web browser shows a "No more licenses" page.
If the application has security enabled:
- The sign-in screen is shown. After successfully signing in, if there are any client licenses available, the web browser refreshes the display you were viewing.
- The sign-in screen is shown. After successfully signing in, if there are not any client licenses available, the web browser shows a "No more licenses" page.
