Edit a client key

Use the Client Keys editor to edit a client key in a client keys file.
To edit a client key:
  1. In
    FactoryTalk View Studio
    , in the Explorer windows, navigation to
    Logic and Control
    , double-click
    Client Keys
     and the client keys file you intend to edit.
  2. In the
    Client Keys
     editor, in the
    Key
     list, click the client key and then click
    Modify
    . You can also add new client keys to the file if needed.
  3. Make whatever changes you plan to the label, or the press, repeat, or release actions for the client key.
  4. When complete, click
    OK
    .
