Back up and restore InfluxDB data

Backing up or restoring an HMI server doesn't include the DataLogPro logging data stored in InfluxDB. To have those data moved from one production environment to another, you must manually back up and store the InfluxDB data.

The historical data in InfluxDB is stored in C:\Users\Public\Documents\RSView Enterprise\SE\DataLogProData. To back up and store the data, use the InfluxDB commands. During the operation, you can back up data from and restore to a specific bucket. To view your bucket list, use the command

influx bucket list
