Copy an alarm message

You may need to copy an alarm message on the Messages tab of the Alarm Setup editor.
To copy an alarm message
  1. On the
    Messages
    tab of the
    Alarm Setup
     editor, in the
    Message
    column, select a message and press
    Ctrl+C
    , or right-click a message and select
    Copy
    .
  2. In the
    Message
    column, click the cell to paste the selected message in and press
    Ctrl+V
    , or right-click the cell and select
    Paste
    .
    TIP:
    • You can press
      Shift
      or
      Ctrl
      to select multiple messages to copy at one time.
    • If you want to assign the same message to all the triggers you set up on the
      Triggers
      tab, from the
      Trigger Filter
       list, select
      <AllTriggers>
       and paste the copied message in the
      Message
      cell.
