Options in the CSV Export Setup editor

The following table shows the options in the
CSV Export Setup
 editor.
Options
Descriptions
Enable CSV Export
Select this check box to enable the options in the
CSV Export Setup
 editor.
Type
Select the type of information to be exported:
  • Audit Information
  • Alarm Information
  • Diagnostics Information
Path
Specify local paths to save the CSV files to.
Connections
Specify tags or expressions for the connections:
  • Export Trigger
     - This is a read connection. Information will be exported to CSV files:
    • When the trigger's value changes from zero to nonzero.
    • If the trigger's initial value is nonzero when the application starts.
  • File Label
     - This is a read connection. The value of this connection will be part of a CSV file name. A CSV file name follows the format as YYYY_MM_DD_HH_mm_ss-<FileLabel>-TYPE.csv, where
    TYPE
    represents the type of information that could be
    ALARM
    ,
    AUDIT
    , or
    DIAGNOSTICS
    . For example, an audit information CSV file name could be 2017_06_19_09_33_55-Batch001-AUDIT.csv.
    If no tag is specified for
    File Label
     or the specified tag does not return a value,
    <FileLabel>
     will be the computer or device name.
Status
Specify tags for the selected information type:
  • Status Code
     - This is a write connection.
  • Status Message
     - This is a write connection.
