Options on the General tab of the Image Properties dialog box

The following table shows the options on the
General
tab of the
Image Properties
dialog box.

Image
Enter the file name of the graphic image or click the
Browse
button to select the file name in the
Image Browser
. The image appears on the face of the object, to show the information about what the object does.
Before you can place an image on the object, you must import the image into the project.
Image back style
This property applies to monochrome and color images. Use it to set the background style to
Solid
or
Transparent
.
If Image back style is
Transparent
:
  • For monochrome images, the background will be transparent .
  • For color images that are not PNG with Alpha channel, any parts of the images that are black will be transparent.
Image color
This property applies to monochrome images. It determines the color the image is drawn in; that is, the foreground color.
Click the colored box to select another color.
Image back color
This property applies to monochrome images. It determines the color of the background the image is drawn on. Click the colored box to select another color.
If the
Image back style
is
Transparent
, the background of the image will be transparent.
Image blink
Select this check box to let the monochrome image blink at runtime. The image blinks twice per second.
