Options on the General tab of the Line Properties dialog box

The following table shows the options on the
General
tab of the
Line Properties
dialog box.
Options
Descriptions
Line style
Select the line style. If you select a style other than
Solid
, the line width must be 1 pixel.
Dash-Dot
and
Dash-Dot-Dot
show as
Dot
on the PanelView Plus family terminals.
Back style
Select whether the object background is solid or transparent. If you select
Transparent
, the object’s background is not filled in and any objects behind it show through.
If you choose
Solid
, the spaces between dots and dashes (if the Line style is other than solid) will be filled with the back color.
Fore color
This box shows the color for the object’s line. Click it to select another color.
Back color
This box shows the current background color for the object. Click it to select another color.
If the background style is transparent, the application does not use this background color.
For a line style other than Solid, the background color is used for the spaces between the dots or dashes.
Line width
Type the number of pixels for the width of the line. Any line style other than solid must have a width of 1 pixel.
