Set up handshaking for a Numeric Input Enable button

When the operator presses the
Enter
button, the numeric pop-up keypad or scratchpad writes a value to the data source. Use
Enter
key handshaking to hold the value at the data source for a specific period of time to ensure it is read before the operator sends a new value to the Value connection.
TIP:
For these settings to take effect, you must assign connections to Enter and Enter handshake on the
Connections
tab.
These settings do not apply when ramping a value.
