How the Key button works at runtime

The
Key
button’s behavior at runtime depends on which other objects appear on the display with the
Key
button, and whether the
Key
button's
Send Press To
property is set to
Object With Focus
or
Linked Object
.
Key
buttons do not work with all objects. If a
Key
button's
Send Press To
property is set to
Object with Focus
, but the object with focus on the display does not work with the
Key
button, when the operator presses a
Key
button, nothing happens.
If a
Key
button whose
Send Press To
property is set to
Object with Focus
is pressed, and there is no selected object, nothing happens.
