ChangeOfState Trigger connection example

The ChangeOfState Trigger connection for a TerminalWakeUp ActiveX control is configured for an HMI tag

.
CoS
has an initial value of zero (0).
During the course of operation:
  • At time T1,
    CoS
     is assigned a value of ten (10). The TerminalWakeup ActiveX control executes and causes the terminal to exit screen saver mode.
  • At time T2,
    CoS
     is assigned a value of eleven (11). The TerminalWakeup ActiveX control executes and causes the terminal to exit screen saver mode (if active).
As long as the value of
CoS
remains unchanged, the control does not execute.
