Options on the Runtime tab

The following table shows the options on the
Runtime
tab of the
Project Settings
dialog box.
Options
Descriptions
Title bar
Select this check box to show the name of the project in the title bar at the top of the window. Type the name in the box below the check box.
If you select this option, the window border is automatically shown with the title bar.
Border
Select this check box to show a border around the project window.
If you show the title bar, this option is selected automatically.
You can clear the
Border
check box only if the
Title bar
check box is clear.
Control box
Select this check box to show a control menu box in the upper left corner of the window. The user can click the control box to show the control menu, which contains options for manipulating the window.
If you select this option, a
Close
button appears at the right end of the title bar.
This option is available only if you select
Title bar
.
Minimize button
Select this check box to show a
Minimize
button at the right end of the title bar. The
Minimize
button reduces the window to an icon.
This option is available only if you select
Title bar
and
Control box
.
Project window position
Type the number of pixels from the top left corner of the screen to position the project window. If the project window occupies the whole screen, accept the default values of 0.
Enable auto logout
Select this check box to log out the current user automatically after the terminal is inactive for a specified period of time.
Inactivity period
Specify the length of time (in minutes) the terminal must be inactive before the current user is automatically logged out and the default user is logged in.
Return to graphic on logout
Select this check box to enable the application to navigate to a specified display when the current user is automatically logged out.
If auto logout is active and this check box is clear, when the current user is logged out, the display was open at logout remains open.
  • Parameter file
    - Select this option if the display's runtime parameter values will be provided by a parameter file. Click the
    Browse
    button (...) to open the
    Component Browser
    , and select the parameter file to run when the display navigation event is triggered.
    Parameter File
    option is selected by default.
  • Parameter list
    - Select this option if the display's runtime parameter values will be provided by a parameter list. Click the
    Browse
    button (...) to open the
    Tag Browser
    , and select the tag, or tags to add to the list.
