Remote Storage type | Options include:

Remote file | Type the remote file name in the Remote file box or browse for the file.Before you can browse for the file, you must select the remote terminal to browse and then click the Browse button at the end of the Remote file box. Only .mer files located in the selected Remote Storage Type appear in the list. If you do not see the .mer file in the browse window, change the remote storage type and browse again. |
Local Reference file | Click the Browse button at the end of the text box to locate the local file.By default, the window opens to the location where FactoryTalk View ME Station stores runtime applications. However, the file can be located anywhere that is accessible to the browse window. Only .mer files appear in the list. When you have located the file, click OK to close the browse window and write the name of the selected file in the Local Reference file box. This name will be retained each time you open ME Transfer Utility until you change it. |
